Q. Who can consign firearms?
A. Most firearms can be consigned by individuals and from FFL dealers.

Q. Who is My On Line Gun Store (MOLGS)?
A. MOLGS is a licensed Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer that works with Auctioneer and other FFL dealers to bring Online and Live Firearms Specific Auctions to the discriminating Firearms owner. These auctions are Online and Live and we will be featuring some of Michigan's best Bid Callers.
Q. What is the Federal Firearm License (FFL) Form #4473?
A. This form is used when a person purchases a firearm from a licensed FFL dealer in order to complete a background check. A background check must be done on each and every sale to ensure that any person who purchases a firearm from us may lawfully possess firearms.
Q. Why do I have to complete all of these forms?
A. Because it's the LAW! All forms must be completed and an approved background check must be completed or there is NO SALE as required by the Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms (AFT).
Q. What happens if I can't pass the background check?
A. You can not take possession of the firearm!! If you feel that the denial is a mistake you may request an appeal by contacting the FBI and requesting the reason for your denial in writing.
Q. When is the background check run?
A. After you have a paid receipt for your firearm and completed all necessary paper work.
Q. When will I get the results?
A. In most cases immediately! The results can be approved, denied or delayed. If approved you can take firearm with you. If denied you can not own such firearm. If delayed, FBI has up to 3 days to respond and the FFL will hold firearm.
Q. What happens if I am delayed and after 3 business days I get the firearm and then it is denied?
A. ATF will come to your home and pick up the gun.
Q. What happens if I purchase a firearm at an auction and I fail to pass background check?
A. If you are the high bidder and do not pass background check, you are still liable to pay for the firearms.
Q. What is the buyer's premium?
A. Buyers premium is a set percentage or price which is added to the total purchase
Q. Does everyone have to pay the buyer premium?
A. Yes
Q. How much is the buyer's premium?
A.13% or $35.00, whichever is greater
